Acceptance of terms
Polytweaks is operated by Next Latinoamerica S.A.C. By creating an account, uploading a model, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@polytweaks.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain all rights to the 3D models, textures, references, and other files you upload. You grant Polytweaks a limited license to host, process, transform, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware or files designed to harm systems.
- Do not bypass access controls or scrape the Service.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights or violate law.
- Do not send unsolicited communications through Polytweaks.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep Polytweaks available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or security incidents.
Termination
You can request personal account closure from Settings > Close account. Download or export anything you want to keep before confirming. Voluntary closure is irreversible, and account access ends when your request is accepted. We stop future renewals of your personal subscription before accepting the request. Payments already in progress may still appear on your statement. Our Refund Policy and your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Deletion continues after acceptance, normally within 30 days, subject to the retention exceptions in our Privacy Policy. Content owned by organizations and shared organization records may remain. Closing your account does not limit privacy or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact support@polytweaks.com if you need help with closure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay for paid features. If we terminate your account, we will give you a reasonable window to export your content unless prohibited by law or required by a security incident.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polytweaks disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Polytweaks's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
