If you subscribe to a paid Polytweaks plan and decide it is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid charge.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Once a renewal charge has posted, we generally do not refund it, but we review requests made within 7 days of a renewal case by case.
Annual plans
- Within the first 14 days: full refund.
- After 14 days: no partial refund for unused time, but your plan stays active until the paid period ends.
What is not refundable
- Consumed add-ons, one-time charges, or usage-based overages.
- Charges older than 60 days unless required by law.
- Accounts terminated for violating our terms.
- Third-party fees such as currency conversion fees.
How to request a refund
Email support@polytweaks.com with the account email, date and amount of the charge, and a short reason for the request. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Disputes and statutory rights
If something looks wrong, contact us before filing a chargeback. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.
