Who we are
Polytweaks is operated by Next Latinoamerica S.A.C., a company incorporated in Peru. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
We collect account information, uploaded 3D content and metadata, billing references from payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy, standard usage and device data, and first-party session/preferences storage required for the product to work.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and provide the Service.
- To host content, generate previews, and deliver share links.
- To support you and respond to requests.
- To process billing and prevent fraud.
- To diagnose issues and improve the product.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with subprocessors that operate the Service, collaborators and share-link recipients you authorize, authorities where required by law, or a successor in a merger or asset sale.
Data retention
We keep your content while your account is active. You can request personal account closure from Settings > Close account. Download or export anything you want to keep before confirming: closure is irreversible and account access ends when your request is accepted. We stop future renewals of your personal subscription before accepting the request. Payments already in progress may still appear on your statement.
Deletion continues after your closure request is accepted. We normally delete or anonymize your personal account data and content within 30 days. Closing your personal account does not delete content owned by an organization or shared records that the organization needs to maintain. We may retain invoices, tax records and limited payment references for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations or reconcile payments, as well as aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
Security
Polytweaks uses TLS in transit and encryption at rest. Production system access is restricted to authorized staff and audited.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You can manage account details and request personal account closure in your account settings. To exercise these or other privacy rights, email support@polytweaks.com.
International transfers and contact
We may transfer data internationally to subprocessors that help operate the Service. Privacy questions go to support@polytweaks.com.
